How long does shipping take?
We take 2-3 business days to process your order, then 4-5 days to deliver it to you.
Do you provide product tracking/traceability information?
Yes, once your order has arrived in the destination country (5 working days after placing the order), you will automatically receive an email from the local transport company with the tracking of your package. And this is very often done 2 days before the delivery day.
Do you ship worldwide?
We deliver to EUROPE If you live outside the EU, please contact our representatives.
Some items are missing from my order, what's happening?
Please contact our customer service immediately by email at contact@luxeetsoinbeaute.com, within 7 days of receiving the order.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a photo of the damaged item in question to our customer service by email at contact@luxeetsoinbeaute.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
I still haven't received my order. Why is it taking so long?
